Eating House

The clock is ticking at the Coral Gables pop-up: Only a few days are left until Eating House's slated closing date of 7/31. In the meantime, chef Giorgio Rapicavoli returns some diner favorites to the menu, including Japanese eggplant with banana miso and vanilla salt, "mac and cheese" with roasted pumpkin and cornbread crumbs, and "birthday cake" with cake-batter mousse and whipped chocolate.
