Laurel Hardware

Mario Alberto is a chef we will gladly follow to any corner of town. We ordered his food from a small window outside of Grand Central Market, where he briefly served inventive Peruvian food at ChimĂș. Now, you can find him working in more elegant digs, at the new Laurel Hardware, where he's cooking a more Southern California-centric menu, featuring pizzas topped with anchovies and Hatch chiles, and a revision of the pork belly dish he served at ChimĂș.
