Believe the hype. It's great fun to work your way through the wide-ranging and whimsical menu with a group. Some recent favorites: onion soup made with foie gras (sorry, California), bao con lechon, and jamón de toro, fatty tuna prepared in the Spanish ham style. Cocktails are also stellar.
