Soot Bull Jeep

When we want Hite instead of Riesling, grease instead of gleaming stainless steel, we trade Park's for this more dive-y Korean barbeque spot. The dining room is always smoky–and your clothes will be too when you leave–but that almost overwhelming perfume does wonders for the cuts of meat you can grill here. We're always sure to order short ribs, but we've yet to a cut that doesn't taste good at Soot Bull Jeep.
