Trestle on Tenth

Chef Ralf Kuettel's bang-up entry at this year's Cochon 555 was our favorite of the pigtastic event. It reminded us to return to his underrated restaurant. Our ensuing brunch was epic. Favorite dish: bure rösti, a hangover-crushing assemblage of hashed browns, house-made sausage, cheese and a fried egg. And, oh, those pickles.
