In the wake of his split with Michael White, Chris Cannon has hired two new executive chefs: Giuliano Matarese (formerly the chef at the clubby La Gazzetta/Villa Pacri) for Convivio and Terrence Gallivan (formerly at August and the Modern) for Alto.
