Tabasco Diamond Reserve

It's being described as the "Champagne of pepper sauce"

For some of you, hot sauce deserves the same respect and attention as a bottle of fine wine. And based off the newest special release from Tabasco, we're inclined to agree.

In honor of its 150th anniversary, the company is releasing a Diamond Reserve Sauce that it's describing as the "Champagne of pepper sauce." The limited-edition bottles are filled with a highly curated selection of tabasco peppers that have been aged with salt for 15 years before being blended with sparkling white wine vinegar. According to the company, the rare condiment has an exceptionally complex taste, while still "maintaining the signature flavor and vibrancy" Tabasco is known for.

The gold foil-topped bottles are on sale now on Tabasco's website for $35 apiece.
