Noma's Final Reservations Are Nearly Gone, but There's Hope

108 is open, and the team is working on Noma 2.0

For those who have always dreamed of dining at new Nordic pioneer Noma, today is your last chance to make that happen, but it won't be easy. At 4 a.m. (ET), the restaurant released the final block of reservations with plans to close at the end of February, Eater reports.

After waiting online in a virtual queue of diners for several minutes, you are then presented with a mostly blocked-out calendar where reservations are pretty much gone, but with select wait times still available.

If that seems like too much of a hassle (we hear you), remember that Noma will be relocating to a new location on a farm, which René Redzepi is building. The space isn't exactly ready . . .

But Redzepi says he will open Noma 2.0 in late 2017. Meanwhile, the team has been serving a much more casual menu at its newer operation, 108.
