Biking home for warm apricot pie. Grilling everything and swimming at midnight. Short skirts and cold beer. All of that sounds incredible, no?

To celebrate the season, we asked a few of our favorite chefs, from Dale Talde of Talde to Blaine Wetzel of The Willows Inn on Lummi Island, WA, and René Redzepi of Noma in Copenhagen, to describe the best parts of their summer. The results are pretty magical.
