  • Ice
  • 1 ½ ounces gin, preferably Plymouth
  • 1 ½ ounces sweet vermouth
  • 1 teaspoon Cointreau
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • Soda water
  • Mint sprig and pineapple wedge, for garnish
  1. Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the gin, sweet vermouth, Cointreau, Angostura, lemon juice and simple syrup and stir. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
