Ingredients
Ice
1 ½ ounces gin, preferably Plymouth
1 ½ ounces sweet vermouth
1 teaspoon Cointreau
1 dash Angostura bitters
½ ounce fresh lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Soda water
Mint sprig and pineapple wedge, for garnish
Directions
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the gin, sweet vermouth, Cointreau, Angostura, lemon juice and simple syrup and stir. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
