Sweet Bitter End of Tokyo

Ingredients
- Three slices cucumber, ¼-inch thick
- Two small pieces passion fruit
- ¾ ounce Aperol
- ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ¾ ounce agave syrup
- 2 ounces sake (preferably Rock)
- Ice
- Candied hibiscus flower (for garnish)
Directions
- In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber, passion fruit, Aperol, lemon juice and agave syrup. Add the sake and fill with ice. Shake well and double-strain into a Champagne flute. Garnish with the candied hibiscus flower.
