Ingredients
Three slices cucumber, ¼-inch thick
Two small pieces passion fruit
¾ ounce Aperol
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce agave syrup
2 ounces sake (preferably Rock)
Ice
Candied hibiscus flower (for garnish)
Directions
In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber, passion fruit, Aperol, lemon juice and agave syrup. Add the sake and fill with ice. Shake well and double-strain into a Champagne flute. Garnish with the candied hibiscus flower.
