Ingredients
  • Three slices cucumber, ¼-inch thick
  • Two small pieces passion fruit
  • ¾ ounce Aperol
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce agave syrup
  • 2 ounces sake (preferably Rock)
  • Ice
  • Candied hibiscus flower (for garnish)
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber, passion fruit, Aperol, lemon juice and agave syrup. Add the sake and fill with ice. Shake well and double-strain into a Champagne flute. Garnish with the candied hibiscus flower.
