Cantaloupe Cooler
A cantaloupe cocktail recipe from Jim Romdall of Vessel in Seattle

Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 ½ ounces Citadelle gin
- ¾ ounce Cocchi Americano
- ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
- :::¼ ounce rich simple syrup (2:1):::
- 1 ½ ounces fresh cantaloupe juice
- Soda
- Mint sprig
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, Cocchi, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Add the cantaloupe juice to the glass and fill to the rim with soda. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with the mint sprig and stir.
