Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 1 ½ ounces Citadelle gin
  • ¾ ounce Cocchi Americano
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • :::¼ ounce rich simple syrup (2:1):::
  • 1 ½ ounces fresh cantaloupe juice
  • Soda
  • Mint sprig
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, Cocchi, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Add the cantaloupe juice to the glass and fill to the rim with soda. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with the mint sprig and stir.
