Ingredients
  • 1 medium beet
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium parsnip
  • Juice of 2 blood oranges
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
  1. Cut the beet, carrot and parsnip into large pieces and pass them through a juicer. Squeeze the oranges and lemon into the juice mixture. Strain to remove foam or seeds. Serve.
