Ingredients
1 medium beet
1 medium carrot
1 medium parsnip
Juice of 2 blood oranges
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Cut the beet, carrot and parsnip into large pieces and pass them through a juicer. Squeeze the oranges and lemon into the juice mixture. Strain to remove foam or seeds. Serve.
