  • 1½ oz Belvedere Unfiltered Vodka½ oz Vya Extra Dry vermouth½ oz olive juice3 dashes The Bitter Truth Celery BittersLemon twist
  1. In an ice-filled shaker, combine the Belvedere Unfiltered, Vya Extra Dry vermouth, olive juice [no comma] and bitters. Stir well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist and serve.
