Starbucks' Leaked 2023 Fall Menu Promises New Autumn Themed Treats

Another season, another Starbucks menu leak, as the coffee chain's new 2023 fall menu has found its way online. Starbucks menu leaks have become as regular as the rotation of the earth itself, as last year's fall menu and holiday menu both found their way onto social media more than a month ahead of time. If we didn't know any better, we might think Starbucks was more than happy to build some seasonal hype through these leaks — but we'll chalk it up to some intensely dedicated fans. This newest breach comes courtesy of Markie Devo, who has made a cottage industry out of menu leaks, being responsible for both of last year's sneak peeks, and Halloween Lovers Club.

Everyone who loves Starbucks knows fall is the time for pumpkin spice, and the new menu shared on Instagram does not disappoint. In addition to bringing back the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Starbucks is debuting a mouthful of a new cold drink, an Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte. It will be interesting to see how Starbucks differentiates the chai from the normal pumpkin spice, but it seems like a pretty natural combination and given its long-running experience in this area, it should be worth trying. The other new drink is an Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, which seems to be a chilled version of its Apple Crisp Macchiato, which is also returning.

Starbucks 2023 fall menu also has new and returning baked goods

While Starbucks' new coffee creations are always the biggest part of any new announcement, Markie Devo's collaborative leak with the Halloween Lovers Club also contains some bakery treats. The two returning items are the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Owl Cake Pops, which were introduced last year. The new item is a Baked Apple Croissant, which is shaped like a muffin and will reportedly be available in "warming stores only."

Conspicuously absent from this list is the popular Pumpkin Scone, and it would be a genuine surprise if such a beloved seasonal item didn't return in some form later in the season. The last new item revealed is a new version of one of Starbucks' more special packaged coffee blends. The Guatemala Casi Cielo is a high-altitude, volcanic coffee, and normally only available once a year due to its limited harvest season, and this year it looks like it will be available ground, not just in whole bean form.

The rumored launch for Starbucks 2023 fall menu was originally August 29, with the items being available until November 1st. However, that date has now reportedly been pushed back a week to August 24. While we can never be 100% sure of the accuracy of these menus, past leaks have a pretty good track record of nailing it, so you wouldn't be getting ahead of yourself if you're excited to try out these new drinks and treats.
