Starbucks Rings In The New Year With Fresh Merch

Although the New Year is only a few days old, Starbucks has already introduced new products and merchandise to entice visitors to its more than 15,000 U.S.-based locations, notes StarbMag. Two new pistachio-flavored beverages were just added to the winter menu today, according to the coffee giant. Pistachio Latte returns for the third straight year, while Pistachio Cream Cold Brew makes its first-ever appearance, livening up the coffee chain's winter menu with its cold cream foam flavored with vanilla syrup and buttery, salty sprinkles.

But this menu announcement was only a taste of what Starbucks has in store for lovers of coffee and baked goods in 2023. The company also added a new Red Velvet Loaf, which blends delicious vanilla and red velvet cakes, and announced two new take-home coffee options: Starbucks Reserve Guatemala Lake Atitlan and Starbucks Reserve Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelektu. The Starbucks Tribute Blend is also back for 2023, twelve years after it was first premiered.

Looking for some fresh drinkware with which to carry your fresh new coffee? You're in luck because Starbucks is also ringing in the New Year with some spicy new winter merchandise, the company has announced via press release.

Starbucks' new winter drinkware collection has arrived

Just in time for 2023, Starbucks has announced via press release that it's featuring a new line of drinkware. The winter collection of cups and tumblers ranges in price from $18.95 to $29.95 and is distinguished by bright pastel colors and flowery designs — including a 20-ounce magnolia flower tumbler, and an eye-catching 24-ounce snowdrop cold cup. However, the iconic coffee company notes that its new seasonal merchandise offerings will only be around for a limited time and only until supplies run out.

As if the cool new designs aren't reason enough to indulge in a seasonal beverage merch buying spree to start the New Year, Starbucks is reminding members of its rewards program that using reusable drinkware instead of plastic cups comes with both savings and benefits. Not only is this environmentally-friendly practice good for a ten-cent discount per cup, but it also qualifies members for 25 stars worth of reward points.

The merchandise is sold at participating locations, the press release points out. Artful, seasonally-themed gift cards for beverage purchases are also available at participating locations, as are rewards points for individual purchases.
