Shake Shack Has A Food Truck For Catering Parties

The next time you want to have a cookout without the work, you can book the Shake Shack truck. Per Shake Shack's website, the fast food burger chain may have started as a hot dog stand in Madison Square Park in New York City back in 2002, but today, it counts 400 locations, according to Restaurant Dive. It also has an insanely bright list of star power frequenting its eateries to order up those iconic crinkle fries, hamburgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and shakes. President Obama famously did a drop-by for lunch, says The White House. Justin and Hailey Bieber have been seen ducking into Shake Shack to get their fix (via Hollywood Pipeline), as has Chrissy Teigen, notes Us Magazine.

Well, as it turns out, this favored quick-service burger joint is ready to help you host your next backyard soiree, Super Bowl party, wedding reception, or kids' birthday party, and the chain's staff will do all the work so you can sit back and enjoy. In August 2021, Shake Shack tested its Shake Shack truck concept, rolling it out as a pop-up at locations in Los Angeles and offering it up for private bookings for a limited time. Well, it clearly met with success, because now online reservations are ready for you to book this novelty if you live in a specific area.

It's only available in a limited area

According to a Shake Shack statement, the chain has two food trucks ready to book for your next event if you live in Long Island or somewhere in the rest of the tri-state area. What makes this truck special is everything can be made fresh on-site and the menu can be customized with your favorite Shake Shack menu items. ShackBurgers, Chick'n Shacks, 'Shroom Burgers, fries, and shakes are all options to choose from.

How much does it cost to have this truck at your next gathering? Shake Shack says it really depends on how long your party is going to be raging and how many people will be on hand to join in on the Shake Shack eats. However, if you are considering this truck as a catering option, be aware that the smallest number of people they will entertain is 75. Additionally, they suggest giving the schedulers three to four weeks lead time to make certain they are available to cater your event.

Of course, if you are in the Los Angeles or Orange County area of California and looking for a food truck, you can always try In-N-Out. This fast food chain's cook-out truck also services the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Denver, and Colorado Springs.
