West Bank Spoon Drink
Recipe adapted from Brandon Wise, Portland Penny Diner, Portland, OR
Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients
Ice
2 ounces Banks Five Island rum
2 dashes rhubarb bitters (such as Brooklyn Hemispherical rhubarb bitters)
4 dashes coriander bitters (such as Bob's coriander bitters)
1 teaspoon turbinado sugar
Twist of orange peel
Directions
In an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, add the rum. Add the bitters, sugar and orange peel. Use a demitasse spoon to stir ingredients together. Serve.
