Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson recently won the Stephen Hawking medal—the first American to do so—and he's riding that victory with another: a beer crafted in his honor.
Asheville Brewing Company just announced it's releasing Bier Lemongrass Tyson on Tuesday, June 13, to honor the scientist's upcoming visit to North Carolina.
The herbal-infused white ale will be available both on draft and in a limited amount of 22-ounce bottles, and a dollar from each one sold will be donated to the Asheville Museum of Science. So get yourself to the brewery—in the name of science.
