A satisfying cocktail doesn't have to be labor intensive (although who doesn't love a good bar trick?). This two-ingredient shandy is as refreshing as it is simple: Just add Italian Chinotto soda to your favorite lager and start marking things off your summer checklist.

3 ounces Chinotto soda

1 bottle light beer

Lemon wheel for garnish


In a beer glass, add the Chinotto soda. Top with lager, garnish with lemon wheel and serve.
