Ingredients
  • 4 thick slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1½ cups good-quality ricotta cheese
  • Honey
  • Poppy seeds
  • Mint leaves, torn
  • Orange zest
Directions
  1. Spread the toasted sourdough bread with ricotta and top with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkling of poppy seeds and mint. Using a microplane, zest the orange over each piece of toast before serving.
