Ingredients

4 thick slices sourdough bread, toasted

1½ cups good-quality ricotta cheese

Honey

Poppy seeds

Mint leaves, torn

Orange zest

Directions

Spread the toasted sourdough bread with ricotta and top with a drizzle of honey and a sprinkling of poppy seeds and mint. Using a microplane, zest the orange over each piece of toast before serving.
