Yield: 1 drink
2 ounces añejo tequila
¾ ounce Jack Rudy Cocktail Company tonic syrup
3 drops Bob's grapefruit bitters
Fresh grapefruit juice
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the tequila, tonic syrup and bitters, and stir. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts grapefruit juice and soda water (about 2 ounces each). Shake gently for 2 to 3 seconds and pour the contents into a Collins glass.
