Recipe adapted from Pouring Ribbons, New York City
Yield: 1 drink
2 ounces Weller Antique 107-proof bourbon
¼ ounce Avèze
½ ounce Salers
¼ ounce Galliano L'Autentico
In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon and the liqueurs. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with 1 large ice cube. Twist the orange peel over the surface of the drink to express its oils, then drop the peel into the glass and serve.
