Lori has worked as a professional writer, photographer and graphic designer for more than two decades for a wide range of clients from dining, hospitality and travel to entertainment, real estate and retail. While working with such stellar media companies as the Los Angeles Times, Malibu Times and Calabasas Style Magazine, she's written about restaurants, food, nutrition, travel and more. She also worked in-house at Condé Nast, VNU, and Hearst Magazines, and created her own virtual marketing agency, Jungle Group Productions. Lori's passions include cooking, nutrition, holistic health, writing, food and nature photography, design, travel, blogging, and playing piano and guitar. She loves creating tasteful pieces for Static Media.

Education

After graduating from UCLA with a B.A. degree in English, Lori landed her first job at CBS in New York City as a Photo Researcher in their advertising department. Tired of cold winters, Lori returned to Southern California, where she attained a Multimedia Certificate from West L.A. College and writes for myriad high-profile clients, newspapers and magazines.
