Meet These Celebrity Chefs At Williams Sonoma's Virtual Retreat

While hands-on retreats with celebrity chefs, such as the Cayman Cookout at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, are nothing new, Williams Sonoma is putting a charitable spin on the concept. And fans of the retailer's No Kid Hungry merchandise will definitely be excited (via Williams Sonoma). According to a press release, Williams Sonoma is hosting a two-day virtual event featuring celebrity chefs, fitness experts, and food influencers that will benefit the charity.

The event will be held online January 29 and January 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PST. All-access tickets for the weekend are just $15 per person and all proceeds will go to No Kid Hungry, a charity working to end childhood hunger in America. Those who attend can even get password-protected links to the recorded content for up to a month after the event airs.

Since partnering with the charity in 2011 — and celebrity chefs including Molly Yeh, Kevin Curry, and Bobby Flay — Williams Sonoma has raised more than $13 million, which provided more than 130 million meals to children in the United States.

Event attendees can expect more than just cooking demonstrations. While there will certainly be dishes prepared and methods discussed, there will also be presentations on a wide range of topics from nutrition and juicing, to sustainability and even home organization. There will also be sessions on fitness and wellness from experts and athletes.
