The Best Rosé Wine For Winter

Wölffer Estate's latest release of pink wine is perfect year-round

Hold your head high, rosé drinkers: You don't have to get weird about breaking into a bottle of pink wine in the middle of winter, especially if it's Hamptons-based vineyard Wölffer Estate's 2017 Finca Wölffer rosé.

Made with hand-harvested grapes from Wölffer's vineyard in Mendoza, Argentina, the year-round wine doesn't care that you're popping it open outside of summer—or during a Northeast bomb cyclone. It's only the third-ever release of this limited-edition rosé, which has grapes that are gently pressed to preserve the notes of citrus, ripe berry and peach you taste in the final pour.

It's a wine that's being billed as "a declaration that rosé has a place at our tables year round," and at just $17 a bottle, you'll be able to keep a few on the table well until summer rolls around.
