Shintaro Okamoto and his father—the founding duo behind New York's Okamoto Studio—have literally transformed the science of making ice into actual works of art. "It makes most sense to work with brands like Patrón," Okamoto explains. "When it's a premium liquor, you know they will ask themselves: Why would you dilute that with conventional ice?"
