From life-size bars and ice sculptures to custom cocktail cubes, they mold "dead clear ice" into a full spectrum of frozen masterpieces. "It makes most sense to work with brands like Patrón," Okamoto explains. "When it's a premium liquor, you know they will ask themselves: Why would you dilute that with conventional ice?"
