New Fizzics Machine Has Cracked Draft Beer
There's nothing quite like a cold draft beer. Refreshing with just the right amount of foam, it's enough to get us to the bar on those nights we'd rather just be drinking on our couch without having to yell over people and pay way more than we want to. Thankfully, a new beer machine has figured out a way to eliminate the latter two grievances and bring the drafts to you.
Enter: the Fizzics Draft Beer System, which is about to change your at-home drinking game forever.

Fizzics is a portable machine that can basically turn any can or bottle—up to a 64-ounce growler—into a draft beer. Using sounds waves, it creates uniform bubbles out of a beer's carbonation to produce foam just like you'd get at a bar.
All you have to do is stick your beer into the machine and pull a lever to pour the beer. When you're ready for some foam, you simply push the lever the other way. It's that simple. Think of it as one small step for you and one giant leap forward for beer drinkers everywhere.
What's so great about foam? The frothy head releases aromas, which prime the palate and make for a more flavorful experience. The creamy texture also makes for a fuller mouthfeel. Check it out:
At $150, the machine quickly pays for itself from all the money you'd save from not going out to drink at a bar.
Phil Petracca and David McDonald, the creators of Fizzics, brought their product to Shark Tank in season eight, and the Sharks loved it. As if that weren't convincing enough, the machine isn't only light, but it's battery operated, which makes it perfect for tailgating.
