Video: How To Make Buffalo Cauliflower

Dale Talde roasts cauliflower to a crisp and then smothers it in the iconic hot sauce

Dale Talde is known for taking classics and turning them on their heads—and not even Buffalo wings are safe. Instead of simply dousing run-of-the-mill fried chicken wings in the standard hot sauce, a golden, perfectly roasted head of cauliflower becomes the star of this show (see the recipe).

Crunchy from the oven, the cauliflower gets tossed in a buttery Buffalo sauce made with Frank's RedHot (of course) and then fortified with tangy Sriracha for an extra kick. Top things off with a sprinkle of crumbled blue cheese, and the crunchy cauliflower is just as lip-smackingly addictive as its meaty inspiration.
