Video: How To Make Spaghetti Pizza
Should you make (a) pizza, (b) pasta, or (c) both? The answer is always c.
If you're paralyzed by the decision of pizza or spaghetti (you wouldn't choose a favorite child, would you?), try this mash-up that'll be ready in under 30 minutes. To start, precook ½ pound of spaghetti for 4 to 6 minutes, then cool slightly and toss it with 2 eggs and ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
Oil a baking tray, spread out the pasta mixture and bake it at 400° for 5 minutes. Remove it from the oven, spread on 1 jar of tomato sauce, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and an additional ¼ cup of Parmesan. Then add any other toppings your spaghetti pizza-loving heart desires, bake it for 15 more minutes and finish with fresh basil and even more cheese.
