With its easy preparation and under-an-hour cook time, it's hard not to love Marco Canora's braised chicken with lemon, garlic and olives.
When you take it out of the oven, you're hit with a beautiful view of golden crispy chicken skin so taut you want to crack it like a crème brûlée. Olives swim among silky strands of onions, while whole cloves of garlic and lemon pinwheels have melted into mellowed-out versions of their former selves.
