Video: How To Make Smooth, Boozy Hot Chocolate
Make this the winter where you stop putting marshmallows on your hot chocolate and start putting them in your hot chocolate. Stirring marshmallow Fluff into classic hot chocolate makes a creamy, ganache-like winter warmer that you'll wish you could swim in.
Melt 3½ ounces of your favorite dark chocolate in a small pot over medium heat. Stir in 4 tablespoons of marshmallow Fluff, then add 2 cups of milk and 2½ ounces of bourbon-because why not? Whisk it all together until the mixture is bubbling, about 2 minutes. Pour it into two large mugs, top with whipped cream and cocoa powder, and give one to a deserving friend . . . or save it for round two later in the night.
