Ingredients
  • Lime wedge
  • Chile and limón premixed salt (Ford buys his at a Mexican market; alternately, mix 3 parts salt and 1 part cayenne pepper)
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Clamato juice
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon Maggi seasoning (available at Asian and Mexican markets)
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 bottle of IPA, preferably Speakeasy brand
Directions
  1. Wet the rim of a tall glass with a lime wedge, then coat with the Chile and limón salt. Fill the glass one-quarter full with ice. Add the Clamato, lime juice, Maggi, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt. Top with the beer and stir.
