Ingredients
  • ¼ cup seedless red grapes, plus more grapes for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • 20 ounces carbonated water
Directions
  1. In a blender, purée the ¼ cup of grapes until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a small pot, bring the agave, 1 tablespoon of water and lemon juice to a boil. Remove from the heat, and let cool to room temperature.
  3. Combine the agave mixture with the grape purée, and divide the mixture into two tall glasses.
  4. Fill the glasses with ice, add the carbonated water and stir. Garnish with a few whole grapes and serve.
