Tender Greens' Grape Soda

Ingredients
- ¼ cup seedless red grapes, plus more grapes for garnish
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Ice
- 20 ounces carbonated water
Directions
- In a blender, purée the ¼ cup of grapes until smooth. Set aside.
- In a small pot, bring the agave, 1 tablespoon of water and lemon juice to a boil. Remove from the heat, and let cool to room temperature.
- Combine the agave mixture with the grape purée, and divide the mixture into two tall glasses.
- Fill the glasses with ice, add the carbonated water and stir. Garnish with a few whole grapes and serve.
