Ingredients
  • 1 cup gin (preferably London dry)
  • 1 tablespoon loose-leaf Earl Grey tea
  • 1½ cups fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • :::¼ cup simple syrup (1:1 ratio):::
  • 24 ounces tonic water
  • Ice
  • Orange and lemon wheels, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a measuring cup, combine the gin and the tea and stir. Let steep at room temperature for 4 hours.
  2. Strain out the tea leaves, cover the gin and store in the refrigerator or freezer until well chilled, at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix the chilled gin with the orange juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add the tonic water and gently stir again. Fill four glasses with ice and divide the punch among them, garnishing with orange and lemon slices. Serve immediately.
