Ice
1½ ounces Som apple drinking vinegar
1½ ounces gin
Club soda
Lemon wedge

Optional Ingredients

Directions

Fill a tall glass with ice, then add the Som and the gin. Top with club soda, a squeeze of lemon and an Amarena cherry.
