Balsamic Berry Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice, plus a pinch of lime zest
- ½ ounce egg white
- Several heavy dashes balsamic vinegar
- 1 bar spoon mixed-berry jam (Bonne Maman brand preferred)
- Ice
Directions
- Combine the gin, lime juice, egg white, balsamic vinegar and jam in a shaker and shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lime zest.
