This cocktail from Prime Meats relies on the purple-stained damson plum liqueur, Averell.

Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 1 ½ ounces Averell Damson Gin
  • 1 ounce Punt e Mes
  • ¼ ounce Cointreau
  • 1 bottle Underberg bitters
  • Orange twist
Directions
  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the gin, Punt e Mes, Cointreau and Underberg. Stir well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the orange twist.
