Spicy Watermelon Snack

Make Spicy Watermelon Snack from Michael Voltaggio at Ink.sack, Los Angeles
  • 2 cups large chunks watermelon (or cantaloupe) 2 teaspoons Sriracha 1 medium lime, zested and juiced
  1. In a medium bowl, toss together the watermelon, Sriracha, lime zest and lime juice. Place in a plastic bag and press all the air out of the bag, seal and chill for at least 1 hour. Alternately, use a vacuum sealer to seal the bag before chilling. Serve chilled.
