Ingredients
  • 1 ½ ounces Plymouth gin
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ¼ ounce St. Germain
  • ½ dropper of Bittercube Jamaican #1 bitters
  • Ice
  • Absinthe, for rinse
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, St. Germain and bitters. Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds. Rinse five shot glasses with absinthe, then strain the contents of the shaker into the glasses and serve.
