This cross between a Dark and Stormy and a Shandy is undeniably refreshing with balanced bitterness.
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces spiced rum
  • ½ ounce Morris Kitchen ginger syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce dark beer
  1. In a shaker filled with ice, add the rum, ginger syrup and lime juice. Shake well and pour into an old-fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the beer and serve.
