No Ratings
Try this updated version of a julep, made with gin instead of the more familiar bourbon.
Servings
Ingredients
  • Mint leaves
  • 2 ounces Greenhook American Dry Gin
  • ¼ ounce Green Chartreuse
  • ½ ounce cinnamon syrup
  • Crushed ice
Directions
  1. Rub a julep tin with a mint leaf. Add the gin, Chartreuse and cinnamon syrup, then fill with crushed ice. Using a swizzle stick, swizzle the ingredients until the outside of the julep tin is cold and frosted. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
