A great recipe for parties, this bottled Negroni ups the quantities typically called for in the classic cocktail.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces gin
  • 8 ounces Campari
  • 8 ounces sweet vermouth
  • Ice
  • Orange peels, for garnish
Directions
  1. Place a funnel in the mouth of a 25-ounce bottle and pour the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth through the funnel and into the bottle. Cap the bottle and shake gently to combine. When ready to serve, pour the contents of the bottle into ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish each glass with an orange peel and serve.
