Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 1¾ ounces Ransom Old Tom Gin
  • 1 ounce Bonal Gentiane-Quina aperitif wine
  • ½ ounce Cherry Heering
  • 1 barspoon Combier
  • Lemon peel
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, add the ice, gin, Bonal Gentiane-Quina, Cherry Heering and Combier. Stir, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish by twisting the lemon peel over the drink to release its oils. Drop the twist into the drink and serve.
