Make a Rocket Frost Cocktail from Scofflaw Bar, Chicago

Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces London dry gin½  ounce pear brandy¾ ounce fresh lime juice½ ounce house-made or high-quality grenadine¼ ounce fresh egg whiteIce3 drops Angostura bitters, for garnish
Directions
  1. In a cocktail shaker combine the gin, brandy, lime juice, grenadine and egg white and shake vigorously without ice for 5 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds. Double-strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled coupe and top with the bitters for garnish.
