Ingredients
  • 1½ ounces Salers
  • 1 ounce Junipero Gin
  • 1 ounce Dolin bianco vermouth
  • 3 to 4 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • Ice
  • 2 lemon peels
  • 1 Luxardo cherry
Directions
  1. In a mixing glass, add the Salers, gin, vermouth and bitters. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Twist the lemon peels over the surface of the drink to express their oils, then discard the peels. Drop the cherry into the glass and serve.
